| About the role: | The greatest responsibility of a Customer Service Rep is meeting the customers’ needs. Job should be performed respectfully, with great attention to detail. Always be prepared to do whatever is asked to get the job completed. |
| Responsibilities: | Maintaining a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowledge of Products and Services. Processing orders… Delivery orders to Payments. Keeping accurate records of customer accounts. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. |
| Candidate requirements: | Be respectful and courteous to customers and co workers. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be willing to learn and take direction well. Ability to work well independently or as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills |
